Shreejal is the Design & Creative Head at NSRC, where he works on social media design posts covering NSRC branch designs and video editing. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (BBA) from Pokhara University & is currently enrolled in MBS for a master's degree. His creative thinking, enthusiasm for the arts, quick thinking, interest in finance, and catchy ideas have been playing a remarkable role on the team.

Aside from his professional life, he takes an interest in keeping in touch with hobbies that include social news, story-telling, creators and their arts, movies, sketching, and following social media trends; - he keeps his list growing.

Humor, bringing teams together, and teaching & learning are where he finds his golden moments in.

Ms. Smriti Khatiwada is a Content Creator and Communication Officer at the National Solution and Research Centre, where she develops compelling content for social media and conducts thorough desk research. Her role involves crafting messages that effectively communicate the center's mission and engage with its audience. She recently completed her Bachelor’s in Social Work (BSW) from Triton International College, which provides her with a strong foundation in research and social issues.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Ms. Khatiwada is enthusiastic about learning and exploring various subjects, particularly mental health. Her passion for continuous education and connecting with new people fuels her commitment to personal and professional growth.

Supriya Gurung is a vibrant presence at the National Solution and Research Centre, where she serves as both Advertisement Head and Content Creator. Her role involves curating captivating social media content that resonates with a wide audience. In addition to that she is also involved in national research project as a data collector. She possesses aptitude for connecting with people, which she leverages to create compelling blogs that engage and inform. Her genuine passion for digital communication is evident in her ability to blend creativity with strategic insights, ensuring that every campaign she leads achieves impactful results. She is a key player in leveraging digital platforms to foster meaningful connections and drive effective communication strategies.
