Mental Health Initiative: 19th Session held at orchid college

At the National Orchid Boarding School, Chabahil, Kathmandu, National Solution and Research
Centre (NSRC) successfully conducted the first session of its 100 Mental Health Programs
Initiative titled Psychosocial Well-being Awareness Session on 18th of kartik 2082 . The program
was designed to promote emotional awareness, self-care practices, and resilience-building among
students, helping them better understand their thoughts, emotions, and everyday mental health
challenges. Through interactive engagement and reflective discussions, the session encouraged
students to recognize the importance of maintaining psychological well-being while balancing
academic and personal life.

NSRC extends heartfelt gratitude to the administration and faculty of National Orchid Boarding
School, along with street to home, Bright Mind Education Hub, and easy learning center, for their
valuable collaboration and support in making this session impactful. Their coordination and
commitment played a key role in the success of the program. Together, this initiative reflects a
shared vision of raising awareness, nurturing empathy, and building a mentally healthy and
compassionate Nepal—one session at a time.
