Mental Health Initiative: Zenith Academy, Gattaghar, Thimi

Under the 100 Mental Health Programs Initiative, NSRC successfully conducted its 18th session
— a Psychosocial Well-being Awareness Session — at Zenith Academy on 14th of Kartik 2082,
Gattaghar, Madhyapur Thimi, Bhaktapur. The session aimed to enhance emotional awareness,
promote mental wellbeing, and strengthen resilience among students through interactive and
engaging discussions.

The program focused on helping students better understand their emotions, develop healthy
coping strategies, and build positive approaches toward challenges in daily life. Through guided
conversations and participatory activities, the session created a safe and supportive environment
where students could openly reflect and learn.

We extend our sincere gratitude to the administration and faculty of Zenith Academy, along with
Street to HOME, Bright Mind Education Hub, and Easy Learning Center for their valuable
collaboration and continuous support. Together, we remain committed to raising awareness,
strengthening emotional wellbeing, and creating a more compassionate and mentally healthy
Nepal.
