The Montessori Teachers Training Program, organized at Wonder Years Montessori in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, was designed to deepen educators' understanding of Montessori principles and enhance their practical skills. The training provided a comprehensive overview of Montessori philosophy, focusing on children's psychological development and the effective use of Montessori tools and toys. With seven teachers participating, the program included a blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice, beginning with an exploration of the Montessori education system’s origins and principles.
