Insightful and Interactive session on Emotional Intelligence

The National Solution and Research Centre (NSRC) successfully organized an insightful and
interactive session on Emotional Intelligence on 22th of Baishak 2083 aimed at enhancing
students’ emotional awareness, communication skills, and personal growth. The program focuses
on helping participants better understand emotions, develop self-awareness, strengthen emotional
regulation, and improve empathy and interpersonal relationships. The session highlighted the
importance of emotional intelligence in maintaining mental well-being, building healthy
relationships, and achieving both academic and professional success.

This session was facilitated by Counselor and Trainer Santosh Acharya and conducted with the
support and collaboration of Kantipur International College. Through engaging discussions,
practical examples, and interactive activities, participants explored different aspects of emotional
intelligence and learned strategies for managing emotions effectively in daily life and
professional environments.

Throughout the program, participants actively engaged in reflection-based activities and group
discussions that encouraged emotional expression, empathy, and self-understanding. The session
created a supportive learning environment where students were able to openly discuss emotional
challenges, communication patterns, and ways to improve relationships and decision-making
skills. The practical nature of the session helped participants connect emotional intelligence
concepts to real-life situations.

The program resulted in increased awareness about the importance of emotional intelligence and
its impact on mental well-being, leadership, teamwork, and personal development. Participants
gained valuable skills related to emotional regulation, empathy, stress management, and effective
