The program held on Magh 30, 2081 at Samriddhi School, as part of the "Mental Health Kathmandu" project, focused on promoting mental well-being and stress management among students. The session aimed to equip students with practical tools for managing stress and enhancing emotional resilience. Key activities included mindfulness practices and butterfly hug therapy, both of which helped students relax, manage emotions, and stay present. Through interactive exercises and guided discussions, students learned how to cope with stress, improve focus, and build mental resilience.

The program also encouraged a supportive environment where students could openly share their experiences and challenges. By the end of the session, students had gained valuable techniques to manage their mental well-being, contributing to a healthier and more positive learning experience at Samriddhi School.
