The session organized by the National Solution and Research Centre at the Brahma Kumari Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya Rajyoga Meditation Centre, focused on enhancing mental well-being among senior citizens and religious leaders. The program, held on Magh 24,2081, was designed to introduce mindfulness therapy and Butterfly Hug Therapy as effective tools for managing stress, anxiety, and emotional challenges. Participants were guided through mindfulness practices that promote relaxation, self-awareness, and emotional balance, helping them cultivate inner peace and resilience. Additionally, the Butterfly Hug Therapy, a simple yet powerful technique, was taught to help individuals address emotional distress and regain a sense of calm.
