The Stress Management and Mental Well-being Program at Shree Krishna Secondary School, held on Poush 22, 2081, was an enriching experience for the students, providing them with essential tools to manage stress and promote mental well-being. The program reached out to students from 9th grades, equipping them with practical strategies to cope with academic pressures, personal challenges, and everyday stressors.
Throughout the session, students were introduced to the concept of stress, its impact on mental and physical health, and how to recognize early signs of stress in themselves and others. They learned effective stress management techniques, including mindfulness exercises, deep breathing, and time management skills, all aimed at reducing anxiety and promoting a sense of calm. The program also emphasized the importance of maintaining a balanced lifestyle, highlighting the significance of healthy habits such as regular exercise, proper sleep, and healthy eating in managing stress.
