Day 2 of our Psychosocial Counselling Skills Development Training focused on Suicide Risk Assessment & Crisis Intervention, helping participants strengthen their understanding of suicide risk factors, warning signs, protective factors, risk assessment, safety planning and referral procedures.
Through case discussions, assessment simulations, protective factor mapping, safety plan development, and practical exercises, participants had the opportunity to translate knowledge into skills and build greater confidence in responding to individuals who may be at risk.
A heartfelt thank you to all the participants for your active engagement, openness, and commitment to learning. Your willingness to develop these skills is an important step toward creating safer and more responsive support systems.
Two days completed. More skills to learn, practice, and strengthen.
Hereβs to continuing the journey of learning and making every response count.
